This website is operated by Para Golf LLC.  Throughout this site, we use the terms “we”, “us” and “our” referring to Para Golf LLC and our products offered by Para Golf LLC via this website, including all information and tools available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting out site and or purchasing our products, you engage in our “Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, “Terms of Service” including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced available from this website or any hyperlinks.

We use PayPal Business Services as our payment processing application.  By agreeing to use our site and purchasing from our site, you agree to not hold Para Golf LLC liable for any payment processing issues and or data breaches from PayPal Business.

You may not use our products, training videos, photos, company logos without express written consent by Para Golf LLC. Our products are patent pending and are considered intellectual property.

Section 12 – Domestic Shipping Disclaimer

 

Para Golf LLC and ParaGolfLLC.com make every effort to ship orders in a timely manner.  However, the following should be considered regarding shipping expectations.

1. Orders placed on official federal holidays will not be processed and shipped until the following business day.

2. Weekends do not count as delivery days for UPS shipping methods.

3. Orders placed after 2pm (central standard time) are not guaranteed to be shipped until the following day.

4. Para Golf LLC and ParaGolfLLC.com reserve the right to cancel and refund a shipment for any reason.
